Script - Sabbath Time widget

netAdventist 3.0 offers a widget that displays the sundown to sundown time for Sabbath in your area. To display and set the Sabbath time, you must first turn on the Sabbath time extension, then add the widget to a content page template, and finally edit the widget to display the correct time for your location.

• Log into your netAdventist 3.0 site.
• Go to the Dashboard and select the Settings tab at the top of the page.
• Select Extensions from the left navigation menu.
• Activate the extension for Sabbath time by selecting the Activate link on the right side of the Sabbath time Extension.
• Select the Website Pages tab at the top of your Dashboard screen. The default page that displays is the Home page edit. If you would like to have the Sabbath time widget on a different content page, select Content Pages for the left navigation menu and then select the content page you wish to place it on from the list.
• At the Home page edit screen, select the Edit link.
• Scroll to the bottom of the edit screen and select the Edit Templates and Widgets link from Page Properties.
• A new screen will open for editng templates and adding or removing widgets.
• Select Next twice to get to the Customize Templates with Widgets tab.
• Select Click Here to Add Widgets in one of the yellow containers.
• Select the Sabbath time widget from the list by checking the check box, then scroll up to the top of the container and select the Add Widget button.
• Now select the link on the Sabbath time widget.
• This will display a new screen with several categories that you must set to display the correct time for your area.
• Enter a name, timezone, your city and then whether you want to display a sunset picture or not.
• Select Done.
• Go to the Home page of your site and view the Sabbath time widget. It should show the correct time for the beginning and ending of Sabbath.
