Additional features and functions are available to your netAdventist web site by turning on Extensions.
- If you haven't already done so, Log in and go to the Dashboard. You are taken to the Site Content tab.
- Now select the Settings tab on the horizontal navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Click on the Extensions folder in the left navigation bar. You will see a variety of extensions such as Announcements, Events, News, and may others. Each extension has a description for it.
- Next, activate an extension by selecting the Activate link on the right hand side of the page. Any extension can be deactivated by selecting Deactivate if it is not used. When an extension is activated, that extension may manifest itself as a horizontal menu tab like Email lists. It may show up in the left navigation bar like Announcements. Most often an extension will appear as a widget in the widget list. For example, in Home, Edit, Widgets change, select the Widgets tab and Click here to add widgets. The extensions you have selected that have widgets as an option will appear here. The widget list can also be accessed when editing a content page or a template.
